Sales Manager reports to HOD of Sales and Marketing Department, he/ she is overall responsible for the company automobile sales target, P&L target, Sales Team recruitment and development, sales incentive monitoring, sales team’s behavior, sales team adherence to company policies, motivate the sales force, sales projection, timely management reporting, implement counter measure to avoid risk.1. Responsible for the sales target of Mandalay office and P&L under its jurisdiction.2. Setting sales person’s KPI, sales and promotional strategies. 3. Responsible for recruitment, training, development and management of sales team.4. Standardizing the sales process, organize regular sales meeting, strengthen process supervision, team building, provide timely guidance and coaching. 5. Decompose into teams, strengthen the sharing of particular simulation exercises/ role play and marketing experiences, improve the professional ability of the employee and overall quality of the team.6. Preparing and monitoring sales team duty roaster.7. Assist and guiding sales person in order taking and customer interactions.8. Responsible to implement counter measure to prevent avoidable and improve risk control ability.9. Responsible to submit regular and timely sales reports, to enhance information sharing and decision making by Top Management.10. Responsible to cross check with customers on payment received by company.11. Ensure sales team follow strictly the company’s policies with regards to payment collection from customers, office attire, and office behavior.12. Responsible to arrange regular roadshow events to create brand awareness and generate sales lead.13. Responsible and ensure sales team follow strictly the company’s policies with regards to payment collection from customers, office attire, and office behavior. 14. Coordinate with internal and external resources, to ensure maximum utilization of resources and profits for the company.
