- Actively seek out new sales opportunities through a cold call, networking, and all possible channels- Identifying and targeting new customer with opportunities- Organizing sales visit- Developing & maintaining a strong relationship with Architects, Developer, Contractors within the construction industry- Knowing the market situation and creating own selling strategy- Regularly site check, shop drawing approves for civil works before installation- Preparing market activities report and competitor's data and submitting to the manager- Preparing quotation, following up, negotiation and closing of offer and contract terms- Managing every element of the sales process- Recording and Maintaining client data- Coordinating with the internal customer in the organization- Ensure timely supervise of customer complaints and other relevant claims
- Any graduated (Bachelor of Engineering degree holder is more prefer)- Experience as a sale and marketing executive or relevant role- Thorough understanding of marketing & negotiating techniques- Excellent knowledge of MS office- Proficiency in spoken Chinese language- Ability to travel- Experience with customer relationship
