Role PurposeHigh accountability in developing the sales reports to gather in the one file, to fasten, shorten and simplify to use the report.Provide the vital support to Sales & SCM Team, such as Sales Report & OOS Report by daily, weekly & monthly with on-time schedule and efficiency. Main Accountability• Daily Sales Report (Weekly and Daily) • Gather off-take from all stores and send report out for every week & daily in 4th week of the month• Monthly Competitor Report• Monthly NPD & Promotion Report• Check off take data of every BA store versus the off take from center (sales data alignment)• Coordinate monthly Sales & SCM Meeting• Out of stock (OOS) Report (Weekly / Monthly)• Support Sales & SCM team on expense claims and incentive calculations• Any other tasks assigned by Line Manager
• Having at least 3 years of experience in Administration• Good in English speaking and writing skills• Skillful in Computer office programs : MS Excel, Pivot, V-Look up, Power Point, MS Word • Strong oral and written communication skills• Strong problem solving and analytical skills• Ability to develop skill for creating and implementing controlled document processes• Manage sales tracking tools and report on important information• Service mind, interpersonal skills, Team Working skills and assertiveness personality• Good team player and work hard under pressure
