Principal Accountabilities:Reward- Contributes to collaboration with Reward CoE to administer business reward strategy and agenda, such as Bonus, Annual Salary Review and Long-Term Incentive Plan, Deferred Share Bonus Scheme, etc.- Ensures local agreements and policies are brought to the attention to business unit BCC for approval- Adoption of Group policies and frameworks and adaptation where necessary to local environment- Management (with local line) of local incentive programmes- Highlights organisational changes which may require grading reviews by CoE- Supports line managers with compensation review and related communicationsEmployee Administrations- Manages transactional processes within the employee lifecycle i.e. entry, promotion and exit, ensuring high quality execution.- Maintain accurate employee data on the system, in hardcopies, in soft copies.- Ensure accuracy and on-time submission of QPR Cycle related data, such as Head Count & Budgets.- Timely submission payroll data for relevant signatory approval and communication for bank transfer.- Relevant Income tax and SSB compliance as per local legislation.
• Minimum 3 years HR generalist experience in junior management/supervisory level• Proven ability to persuade, influence and build credibility with senior stakeholders • Resilience / tenacity to deliver results in an environment of ambiguity • Learning agility, self-development and self-discipline• Numeracy expertise and strong commercial acumen• Excellent communication and Business English Language skill• Experts in calculations and MS Excel on advanced level• Logical thinking and analytical ability• Solid facilitation skills• Computer literacy
