• Maintaining and developing relationships with existing and new customers in person , via telephone calls and emails;• Cold calling to arrange meetings with potential customers to prospect for new business;• Gaining a clear understanding of customers' businesses and requirements;Making accurate, rapid cost calculations and providing customers with quotations;• Gathering market and customer information;• Attending team meetings and sharing best practice with colleagues;• Manage both new business and repeat business with client
• Bachelor Degree (or) MBA is preferred.• At least 5 years of experiences at recruitment (B2B/B2C) in international companies.• Knowledge in Recruitment• Able to easily communicate with Managers, Owners• Be able to develop strong customer relationships;• Highly motivated, independent, resilient, confident and negotiation skills.• Advanced level in English speaking and writing is a must• Able to actively work towards agreed sales targets
