1. To plan, organize and manage QA team including recruiting, communicating job expectations, delegating responsibilities, disciplinary actions, coaching, training, competency and appraising performance. 2. Review and monitor Specification, Quality Plan and records are applicable and implemented to ensure quality, food safety and legality of all materials and finished products, including new materials and new products in timely manner. 3. Monitor and validate processes to ensure production activities are comply to Quality Plan via QA program. 4. Work closely with peer departments in supporting and maintaining company's Food Safety & Quality Management System as well as Halal requirements to achieve applicable Quality Policy and Objectives.5. Review and analyze product stability by establishing ongoing shelf-life assessment. 6. Ensure expired or non-conforming materials and products has disposition action including re-verification and disposal. 7. Coordinate with related departments to ensure all factory quality issues, customer complaints and assessment (new items and premiums) being executed smoothly. Perform verification on the implemented actions are done effectively.8. Responsible on the regulatory (e.g. Myanmar FDA, Halal body), certification (e.g. SGS), visitors and customer audits.9. Perform validation & verification on food safety program of materials, SFG and FG. 10. Organize internal audit program (e.g. GMP, GHP, HACCP) and internal auditor competency to support company certification requirements effectively and timely.11. Act as Document Controller to issue, circulate, keeping and archive all audit related documents.12. Participate in suppliers’ audits and follow up on the supplier's corrective or preventive actions, where applicable. 13. Oversee the laboratory management including maintenance, inventory, test method development and competency of lab personnel. Ensure the lab produces results and communicate to stake holder timely.14. Liaise with vendors pertaining pest control program, calibration, and third-party lab testing and work towards effective implementation. 15. Liaise with suppliers pertaining chemicals, laboratory appliances and food contact surfaces related documents in compliance to applicable quality and food safety requirements. 16. Submit periodic reports to management for quality performance update.17. Perform quality and food safety related functions as and when assigned by superior.
Education: B.Sc (Food Engineering) or B.Sc (Diploma in Food Science and Technology) or M.Sc (IC) or Diploma in Food TechnologySkill: Good Leadership and strong interpersonal skill with strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Good verbal and written communication in English Language.Experience: Minimum 3 years' experience in practicing QA in food manufacturing with HACCP and GMP.
