- Project Sales Planning to achieve sales goals in each customer group & product group. - Planning to push decorative, non-decorative products into the market according to the company's goals. - Achieve annual sales target by implementing sales plans to ensure the results are in line with company business plan. - Plan, manage and monitor project sales objectives and collection with existing and new customers achieve the company budgeted sales gross margin. - Analysis and Planning to increasing potential new customers. - Planning to solve customers that have financial problems to avoid and less damage to the company. - Managing the financial aspects of the customers to be in the period and the amount approved by the company. - Maintain good relationships with existing customers to increase market share. - Organizing activities with customers to create like that events, painter seminar. - Promote TOA product thought main contractors, developers and architects by providing specification assistance to enhance the confidence of our products and services. - Keep close contact with key customer and respond to market changes through monitoring competitors activities and customer needs to secure a thorough understanding of the business and challenges and to stay ahead of competition. - Manpower planning for future project expansion. - Organizing activities and training for personnel development.
- Bachelor degree of Administration, Economy, Business Administration or related fields - Project Selling & Managing experience not lower than 5 years with preferably from decorative paint business. - Qualified techniques to solve problems and making decisions. - Excellent 4 skill in English Language. - Leadership skills , team development and project management. - Result-oriented with high integrity in Sales Profession - Pleasant personality and excellent communication - Computer literacy (MS word, excel, power point, E-mail) - Owning vehicle is a plus - Understand business direction and strategy planning.
