Job Description: Confers with customers by telephone and emails to provide support about Bank products, services and execution of transactions. Resolves branches inquiries through identification of problems, suggesting best solution and following up to ensure resolution. Executes corporate and retail ibanking account opening for customers. Effectively explains the ibanking and quick pay related products and service to branch staffs. Provide troubleshooting to branch (internal customer) who required assistance. Follow up or call back to branch where necessary. Making reconciliation for ibanking related product. Document all call information according to standard operating procedures (SOP).
Possess at least a Diploma or Professional Degree in Business Studies / Administration / Management, Banking or equivalent. Able to command in English and Myanmar Knowledge of customer service principles and practices Good data entry and typing skills Experience in a call center or customer service environment is preferred Excellent communication and problem solving skills Being able to adapt new situations and environments
