Product - Gain a deep understanding of customer experience, identify and fill product gaps and generate new ideas that grow market share, improve customer experience and drive growth. Create buy-in for the product vision both internally and with key external partners. Translating product strategy into detailed requirements and prototypes. Scope and prioritize activities based on business and customer impact. Work closely with engineering teams to deliver with quick time-to-market and optimal resources. Drive product launches including working with public relations team, executives, and other product management team members. Oversee the product line’s life cycle and anticipate any problems. Represent the company by visiting customers to solicit feedback on company products and services. Evaluate promotional plans to ensure that they are consistent with product line strategy and that the message is effectively conveyed.Project Management - Estimating effective product delivery timeline within allocated budget and resources with project team and HOD. Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress. Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule and project costs using appropriate verification techniques. Delegate project tasks based on junior staff members' individual strengths, skill sets and experience levels. Perform risk management to minimize project risks. Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation. Track project performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion of short and long-term goals. Organisational Goal, Procedure and KPI- Understand and follow the procedures of the respective department. Answer questions of your team, departmental and organisational goals with HOD. Clarify and understand individual short-term and long-term goals and KPI with your supervisor(which is importance for your promotion and benefit.).Team Collaboration - Supports marketing and sales team in order to achieve organisational goals. Closely working with CS team to manage customer issue tickets. Helps with team member problems, and oversees team member work for quality and guideline compliance. Provides encouragement to team members, including communicating team goals and identifying areas for new training or skill checks. Closely working with your team member. Creating standard guideline with CTO and HOD. Timely report to HOD behalf of your team. Supporting best solution option to project management. Hiring - Assists management in hiring processes and new team member training.
Proven work experience in product management or as an associate product managerProven track record of managing all aspects of a successful product throughout its lifecycle or as an associate product managerSolid technical background with understanding and/or hands-on experience in software development and web technologiesStrong problem solving skillsSkilled at working effectively with cross functional teams in a matrix organizationDegree(MS/BS) in Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent preferred
