- Responsible to understand the whole DMS process and to create reports based on key commercial metrics and data. Report visualizations need to ensure ease of access and understanding for all end users in a structured and governed way. Focus to improve to understand many data sources, and methods of extract, transform and load (ETL). - Apply understanding of the commercial process of DMS and apply analysis to measure performance against commercial key performance indicators. Create report in excel by SQL, BI queries or through manually updated data sources. Leverage obtaining data efficiently from DMS. - To produce and publish daily, weekly and monthly reports for different functions. Check data accuracy of reports that are currently using.- Handle effective troubleshooting of data integrity issues, reconcile between multiple data sources, - Understand business needs and develop ad-hoc reports upon request, and proactively. Other:Manage various tasks and projects as they arise and upon manager’s request.
Education : University degree or its equivalent.Work Experience : Maximum 1or 2 years of experience with SQL, DMS and reporting background.Language Skill : Fluently in English communication.Functional Skill : Proficiency in Microsoft excel, SQL and BI scripting (Qlik sense knowledge is desirable). : Critical Thinking- Problem-solving is big part of Data management and business support’s job, : Adaptable, flexible and open to change. : Good team player and can work independently. : Ability to multi-task and function well under pressure and tight time frames : Ability to communicate to many stakeholders simply and respectfully.
