BRIEF JOB DESCRIPTION - To collect the Weekly Error Lists from YBS Companies - YUPT, YBPC etc.- To inform the Repair Order Lists to Bus TV Team and Control Center Team ( Based on Weekly Error Lists )- To monitor and check the Daily Package Usage on Ecare Ooredoo.- To monitor the Error List by using Platform Software.- To collect the Daily Service Lists of Service Engineers from Maintenance Team.- To Prepare the KPI Performance for Service Engineers.- To report the Weekly or Monthly Service Performance List and Error Solving Method to Operation Department Head.
Qualifications, skills and experience:- University graduate - More prefer relevant experience- Reasonable knowledge of English and Computer Skills (Microsoft Office)- Basic IT skills: familiarity with platform software.- Must be able to follow direction, work independently and demonstrate a strong customer service focus.AGE : Under 30QUALIFICATION : GraduateLanguage : Myanmar - English (Chinese Prefer) EXPERIENCENo of Year : At least 2 years ( More experience is better)Type of Experience : IT
