Our company handles the management services of an office building in terms of customer care, maintenance, finances, sales/marketing & human resources. - Study the Yangon commercial real estate market- Contact new customer daily and keep in touch.- Build a good customer relationship with our office tenants- Analyze customer's satisfaction through surveys and meet-ups- Report back to the general manager- Prepare data survey for market and customer information- Create and record spreadsheets for company's work activities
Must be alert and energetic• Must obtain good work ethics• Must be able to speak & write fluent/good English• Must know how to use Microsoft word, excel & powerpoint. • Must have experience in Building Management field for 1-2 years.

Our company handles the management services of an office building and a hotel in terms of customer care, maintenance, finances, sales/marketing & human resources. Our company is also constructing & developing a high rise 23 storys apartment building in which we handles the complete project management of the whole construction operation.
