A. PURPOSE OF THE ROLEThis Role is to work and liaison with the Existing/New Network Partners to ensure the smooth functioning between each Network Partners and OML.B. ROLE ACCOUNTABILITIES• Manage Network Partners to ensure seamless installation of Customers acquired by OML • Ensure that the Partner are compliant with the policy set up by OML• Ensure that Network Partners maintains the Customer Complaints within OML SLA • Responsible for appointing New Partners in regions where there is no Partners of OML• Responsible for timely and smooth reconciliation of Network Partners Claims
C. EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS • University Graduate (Prefer to have MBA Graduate from a reputed organization) • Minimum 5 years of working experiences in Telecom or Banking or FMCG Industries• Required at least 1-2 years of experience in People Management Level• Ability to communicate in English at a reasonable level• Must have Sales or Client Servicing backgroundThis position is for Myanmar nationals only.Only eligible applicants will be contacted directly by the Ooredoo Myanmar Talent Acquisition Team.
