Job Description• To review and analysis of inventory control• To review and analysis of on time supply rate materials• To observe and find materials quality fail• To review of fulfill in time market requirement• To management the consignment materials on time delivery to production as per production schedule• Make sure the correct materials planning from different suppliers• To update minimum & maximum stock materials list for inventory control on every month• To find new materials for R & D and cost saving• To monitor daily requirement material as per production schedule• To understand SAP MM process and monitor to staff proper• To support and coordinate with relative team for factory operation properly• To develop and implement policy and producer for any section• Use software to monitor demand and document characteristics of inventory• Collaborate with other managers to determine supply needs• Purchase supplies and materials according to specifications• Supervise, evaluate and coach subordinates• Maintain relationships and negotiate with suppliers• Keep detailed records on procurement activity, materials quantity, specifications etc.• Assist in forecasting to plan future orders
Job Specification• BE, ME (EP)• At least (4) year experience in Material Management field. • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word and Powerpoint), Email & Internet• Experience in oversea relationship, procurement shipping and receiving• Working knowledge of SAP MM• Excellent organizational and leadership skills, problem solving skillsAble to work at Hlaing Tharyar Industrial Zone
