- Possess recognized post graduate / graduate degree or equivalent in Marketing- A minimum of 9-12 years in marketing / brand management. Wider exposure to sales, strategy, consumer insights will be a value add.- In-depth consumer understanding & familiar with marketing tools and analysis including market research, business sense & strategic vision: capable to build, shape and implement a vision for a category - Successful, sustained track record within a major FMCG company at an appropriate level- Management of P&L within a portfolio environment, copy development, pricing- Innovation, new product development experience
