• Accountable for the management of the daily operational activities for the ananda loyalty program.• Implement and execute outbound SMS, and push programs to promote loyalty program• Assist in the execution of various loyalty marketing campaigns across the digital and in-store landscape• Work cross-functionally with multiple teams (ie. Creative, Branding, Digital Marketing, etc.) to manage and execute all campaigns• Participate in vendor management activities alongside team members• Other ad-hoc duty assigned
• Any graduate• Previous working experience in sales and marketing field• Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices• Emphasis on detail • Excellent relationship, communication and negotiation skills• Good knowledge of MS Office applications, particularly PowerPoint, Words and Excel• Professionally proficient in Burmese and English
