• To ensure all of government applications which is directly related with GSC are timely updated and complete. After alignment with ACS team and MRP planner, all the Pro-forma invoices for import license applications are ordered according to requirements of government applications. Ensure all the import license are in line with materials delivery timing. • Ensure to align with respective department and machine vendors for all the machinery importation requirements. Manage required licenses application which need to be done. • Ensure all of export licenses application and Form D application for finished goods delivery. • Establish close rapport with the Myanmar Customs to ensure smooth and continuation of operations. Compliance to the Customs Act and Sales Tax act is the guiding principles of our bonded goods activities. Implementing key team building activities with the Customs is essential. All required reports to the authorities to be submitted on time and in the right perspective. • Focus on energy saving opportunity and maintain zero LTI & RI in area of responsibility. Contribute to minimize waste in daily job to safe environment. Participate in tasks /projects/ programs and audits associated with ISO, FM Global and other programs including CP, 5S3R initiatives carried out by local and global authorities.• Manage various tasks and projects (global and local) as they arise and upon manager’s and/or cross functional departments request.
Education : University Degree or its equivalentWork Experience : 2-5 years in in FMCG industry or supply chain function. Experience in dealing with government officers and know well Myanmar logistic. Language & Computer skills : Proficiency in English, MS office skills and Myanmar import and export procedures. Functional Skills : Proficient working with Microsoft Package and shall be able to work independently, computer literate, good communication and interpersonal skill.
