Position Purpose / Context To support and coordinate business planning for the development of departmental performance indicators and standards. To support and track the departmental action plans where appropriate in liaison with function managers and departmental staffs. Coordinate with supporting functions in Finance, HR, etc. for departmental consultation activity.Key Duties / Responsibilities• Providing ongoing support to ensure that performance management systems are being used to effectively manage operations work processes and individual performances and to identify and manage operational risks.• Review and improve existing performance management systems and assist to supply chain director in managing all departmental performance issues in manufacturing or logistics function.• To advise and implement policies and planning for the development of departmental performance matters by coordinating departmental performance within supply chain and benchmarking from others bottler organization.• To coordinate and facilitate the communication to all staff of performance issues including the preparation of reports for managers and giving presentations.• To represent in attend meetings at all levels in association with department performance matters, then prepare and submit reports to Supply Chain Director in connection with it.• Review and controlling budgets and expenditure within the approved allocations of the sections.• To provide training and guidance to departmental staff, managers, members on performance and improvement.
Technical Competencies: Good computer skills and various of software programs to include Word, Excel, SAP, Power point. Good written and spoken communication skill Critical thinking to identify problems, evaluate alternatives, and recommend effective solutions. Development and use wok simplication methods and statistical procedures Analytical, problem-solving and decision-making skillsRelated Position Requirements/Qualifications LCCI, Excel and Computer literacy. 1-2 years of administrative experience English language Intermediate Certificate / Associate Degree University/Bachelor’s degree
