Duties & Responsibilities:• Directing all operational aspects including marketing, customer service, human resources, administration and sales in accordance with the Insurance’s objectives• Providing training, coaching, development and motivation for staff• Developing forecasts, financial objectives and good organizational and planning skill• Address customer and employee satisfaction issues promptly• To assist the Branch In-charge in the management
Requirements are: Any Graduate (or) MBA holder is preferable Able to work under pressure Minimum (5) years of experience in related field Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal Strong communication, presentation and problem solving skills Shall work independently under challenging environment
