• Build, lead and manage the logistics & customer service and warehouse operation, inventory aging and assure customer satisfaction through excellent delivery preparation standards and fulfillment of specific customer needs• Liaising with all parties to ensure distribution service operate smoothly, in a timely, cost-effective and accurate manner• Leading, directing and guiding the international logistics and operation team with daily problem analysis, decision making to achieve KPIs• The Incumbent controls the appropriate order & delivery, inbound, logistics added services and warehousing process of products• Conduct logistics contract study and support negotiation team• Taking role of local logistics key user
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related fields• 5-year-experience in Logistics Management, Supply Chain Management or other related fields with leading FMCG companies• Result oriented, service oriented and able to balance “process” and “flexibility”• Excellent analytical skills both quantitative and qualitative excellent communication and negotiation skills• Excellent with Microsoft Office, SAP background is essential• Willingness to travel, approx. 25%.• Good command in spoken and written English
