Functional Responsibilities -Functional Area (Training design, analysis, and delivery)-Identifies and co-ordinates an effective English Language program for the entire RMA Myanmar group;-identifies training and development needs within the company through job analysis, appraisal schemes and regular consultation with managers;-designing and expanding training and development programs based on the needs of the organization and the individual;-considering the costs of planned program and keeping within budgets ;-conducting reviews of training where required;-producing training materials for in-house courses;-managing the delivery of training and development programs -Developing and conducting leadership and soft skills programs where relevant-Developing and driving implementation of coaching and mentoring schemes to support employee development in line with their development needs and plans.-monitoring and reviewing the progress of trainees through questionnaires and discussions with managers;-ensuring that all in house compliance training requirements are met;-amending and revising programs as necessary, in order to adapt to changes occurring in the work environment;-Manage recording and reporting processes around learning and development.-Coordinating the talent mobility and secondments-Driving employee engagement survey and activities leading to a highly engaged and motivated organization-Manages and ensures key company information is disseminated to the workforce using a variety of methods.-Works closely with Group Marketing to ensure communication messages internally and externally deliver the correct and aligned brand message.
- Any Graduate/Diploma in Human Resource Management - At least (3) years minimum experience in Learning and development field - Good in English (verbal and written) and computer literacy(Excel and power-point)- Ability to assess needs and procedures to produce training programs and materials to target these needs- Requires initiative, motivation, creativity and ability to understand many areas of expertise
