The main responsibility is to perform activities for the arrangement of training and development programs and activities for all employees, to ensure that skills and competencies of all employees are developed in regards to business demand and requirement.Detailed responsibilities include:▪ Conduct briefing sessions with respective line managers to identify training needs and other issues regarding training and development programs▪ Research and perform analysis on training programs and search for training activities that fit the requirements of each line manager▪ Arrange development programs, workshops, and training activities for all employees to ensure that skills and competency of all employees are strengthened according to their job requirements▪ Select curriculum, instructors, and locations for the arrangement of training and development program, to ensure efficiency in the delivery of desired outcomes▪ Assess pre and post skill to evaluate the effectiveness of training and development programs and activities, and the progression of skills and competence of all employees▪ Collect feedback from relevant parties and perform analysis to ensure business and other requirements are met▪Identify and respond appropriately to patterned issues to solve current issues▪ Contribute to the implementation of assigned projects to support senior members▪ Learn to use professional concepts and company policies and procedures to solve patterned problems▪ Collaborate with other departments/teams to facilitate analysis and identify process improvement/cost reduction opportunities▪ Be accountable for other certain works as assigned from immediate superior level
▪ Bachelor Degree ▪ Minimum 5 years relevant experience in relevant field▪ Proficient user of MS office▪ Positive and can-do attitude▪ Able to work under pressure▪ Good English communication▪ Guidance & Support to team and able to work together with multi-functional stakeholder (internal & external)
