- Manage commercial relations with client to make sure that company serves them well with a good service and that they pay the company on time- Promote and sell company’s portfolio of sites to client to meet their coverage needs and for company to achieve budget target- Ensure that any commercial proposal meets profitability criteria (ROI)- Manage the account database- Build a 360 view of an Account profile- Implement an Account strategy to ensure proper volume of colocation/build to suit/extra revenues- Solve any dispute, that might arise, so that the relation remains healthy- Keep a open eye on the market to detect any threats from competitors and raise red flags, and to capture opportunities to secure sales- Give feedback on field expectations- Responsible for managing and visiting regularly an account customer in Yangon or anywhere else in Myanmar- Invitation for lunch/dinner/coffee any customers to keep up with new trends in the market and present our updated solutions
- A bachelor’s degree in business administration OR a bachelor’s degree in engineering (EC/Civil) with an internationally recognized business administration diploma - Preferably MBA candidate or graduate - Minimum 5 years work experience in related field with 3 years work experience in a customer facing role- An extrovert profile, outspoken personality is a must- Ability to communicate in English with strong confidence- Excellent communication skills- Excellent presentation skills- High level of business acumen skills & commercial sense- Have a strategic mindset, ability to foresees opportunities and anticipate future consequences and trends accurately- Understanding of how business operates, future plan, the goals, key drivers and needs of others- Ability to work independently and step up to face any challenges - Creative problem-solving skills and logical thinking skills- Ability to deal comfortably with both external/internal Executives (Top Management)- Customer service-oriented – ready to go the extra mile for the customer (s)- Experience working in the telecommunications industry or in an international company is an advantage - Ability to listen attentively and with comprehension- Excellent MS office skills - Excellent Planning and organizational skills- Ability to work with tight deadlines and work under pressure - Ability to work well with others
