- Answer courteously and Respond to customer inquiries via phone and social medias - Generate customer interest in the services or products offered by the company - Manage and resolve customer complaints - Identify and escalate priority issues - Document all call information according to standard operating procedures - Manage all Orders via OMS System of Khit Zay according to the processes
- Any Bachelor Degree- Minimum 1 year experiences in Customer Services field- Excellent Myanmar and English communication skills (both written and verbal)- Good communication and computer skills, including MS Office.
