- Responsible for aligning business objectives with employees and management in designated business units. Drive alignment between HR strategy and company business goals.- Make sure HR policy and procedure throughout the organization fit the needs, goals, and aims of the organization and its top leadership.- Work closely with management and line managers to build capabilities, plan and manage talent, and develop approaches that achieve share company’s business objectives.- Serves as a consultant to management on human resources-related issues.- Manage complex employee relations casework including dispute resolutions, disciplinaries, grievances, absence and redundancy.- Advise managers on the terms and conditions of employment and knowledge share best practice with them.- Develop HR policy and procedures to drive performance and mitigate disputes.- Implement learning and development policy.- Provide first line advice on current and existing benefits for employees and managers.- Administer payroll and payroll records and keep accounts appraised of any changes.- Work with appropriate parties on reward and recognition strategy.- Provide advice on recruitment and selection strategies and planning- Prepare overall HR budgeting- Manage performance appraisal system, talent and succession planning- Continuously monitor and review HR policies and processes and implement changes where necessary.- Support and report to the Management in term of human resources issues.- Support information concerning with strategic HRM and HR policy in accordance with Myanmar labor law.- To supervise and coach the HR staffs- To make good relation with internal customers (employees and employer) and external environment (stakeholders)- To lead HR Team and set internal working procedures- To conduct personal income tax for all the employees and preparing for the final taxation - Supervise to have systematic record keeping and personal data control - To support and report to Management in term of human resources issues.- To provide HR information to all HODs. Undertake all other confidential information and matters as and when assigned by Chairman and CEO.
• Any graduate with Diploma in Human Resources Management; • more preferable with MBA and MPA• At least 7 years experiences in Managerial position in related field• Leadership and negotiation skills• Proactive and positive working attitude• English and computer literacy
