Key Accountabilities1. To arrange and manage the recruitment process in order for the project to have the best selection of qualified candidates to fulfill staffing requirements.2. To ensure familiarization with the project of all new staff. Job Description1. To facilitate employee training requirement in order to ensure that the needs of staff personal development are looked after.2. To manage annual staff evaluation process and on-going performance management in order to ensure employees are provided with feedback and input and are meeting their performance deliverables.3. To generate required reports in order to ensure dissemination of human resource and staff information.4. To manage any HR queries generated from project staff with the support of HR in HO. 5. To manage the project’s industrial relations issues and represent the company as required at industrial relations and labour meetings in order to reach a positive solution to Industrial Relations cases.
1. Diploma in Business Administration / Human Resources or related fields. 2. Must have minimum 5-8 years must be in related field. 3. Ability to deal with a wide range of cultures and adjust style to meet individual needs. 4. Knowledge of relevant Employment Act and IR regulations 5. Generalist in HR full spectrum 6. High level of Proficiency in Business level English (TOEIC Score 600+) 7. Problem-solving skills 8. Strong Coordination Skill 9. Analytical and result-oriented10. Computer literate- MS Excel, database program/spreadsheets
