. Manage and support the BU of Head Office by providing guidance to employees through coaching, career development, counselling and disciplinary actions.. Manage and support Branches for HR related needs.· Provide HR needs to designated BU; such as resolving complex issues related to employees, performance management process, employee development, ensuring that the core HR processes are applied throughout in a compliant manner.· Work closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale and increase productivity and retention.· Proactively identify the training needs for business unit restructures, workforce planning and succession planning as when required.· Evaluates monitoring of training programs to ensure success including setting objectives, goals for the BU, and then follow ups to ensure objectives of the programs are met.· Provide HR policy guidance and interpretation and administrate HR policies and procedures accordingly.· Prepare internal employee communication regarding compensation, benefits or company policies and be responsible for employees to understand all HR policies.· Maintains HR information system record
· Bachelor’s Degree in HR Management or other related discipline.· Minimum 5 years of relevant HR experience including 2-3 years of HRBP experience· Experience in different fields of HR including: L&D, succession planning, C&B, performance, employee relationship and organization effectiveness· Ability to adjust, and work in a fast-paced environment with changes in priorities· Good in analytical skills and able to work under pressure.. Open to travel in Myanmar· Self-motivated, proactive and resourceful· Possess strong interpersonal, stakeholders’ management and communication skills
