*Support and guide employees on HR inquiries and requests*To explain and ensure employees understand and comply Company rules & regulations *Maintaining employee files as to ensure up to date, accuracy and compliance*Prepare monthly employee payroll, SSB and personal income tax in accordance to the company policy and guidelines which is in line with Myanmar Employment Law*Assist HR Manager in planning and conducting recruitment, selection and new employee orientation *To cultivate strong team spirit and ensure that employees fit the company cultures*Arrange training and development programs instructed by HR Manager*Assist HR Manager in conducting Performance review by biannually
*Any Graduate with professional qualifications in HR*Proficiency in Microsoft office and HR software*Must have Good Personality and Attitude*Have Passion in HR*Good in Teamwork, Communication and Interpersonal Skill*At least 3 years experience in HR jobs
