JOB RESPONSIBILITIES• Act as a service manager for HR processes and also as an intermediary between Head Quarter and Hubs in terms of workforce planning, Talent sourcing, Organization Design, learning & Development and Hub Maturity & Development. • Developing, coordinating and tracking training for staff • Coordinating and tracking assessments of knowledge for all levels of employees• Managing annual salary surveys• Analyzing and updating the company’s salary budget• Developing, analyzing and updating the company’s evaluation program• Developing, revising, and recommending personnel policies and procedures• Maintaining and revising the company’s handbook on policies and procedures• Performing benefits administration• Overseeing recruitment efforts for all personnel, including writing and placing job ads• Conducting new employee orientations and employee relations counseling• Overseeing exit interviews • Maintaining department records and reports• Maintaining company directory and other organizational charts• Recommending new policies, approaches, and procedures
JOB REQUIREMENT• Excellent in English 4 Skills • Excellent knowledge of local law and other related laws• Excellent communication and leadership skills - ability to operate as a true human resources leader, who can identify positive needs for the business• Problem solving and decision making abilities that reflect the depth of knowledge focus on the customer and recognition of business objectives for this senior position• Ability to plan, multi-task and manage time effectively• Strong writing and record keeping ability for reports and training manual• Travel – 50% travel in a month
