JOB RESPONSIBILITIES• Act as a service manager for HR processes and also as an intermediary between Head Quarter and Hubs in terms of workforce planning, Talent sourcing, Organization Design, learning & Development and Hub Maturity & Development. • Guide & ensure management of talent and poor performers with the line Managers.Review employee KPIs for Hubs & provide Line Managers guidance on actionsManage HR escalations and disputes • Identification of Training Needs through consultation with managers and BU heads based on Plan the Execution and Design of Training Programs for the identified training needs for Hub Development. • Develop Training Actions. Prepare and Publish Monthly and Annual Training Calendar.• Understanding the Expectations of Training Requirements from Business Units and having the programs customized to ensure suitability and effectiveness of training(s).• To collect feedback on the on-boarding process and subsequently building on it• Generate Monthly Training Reports and evaluate the effectiveness of the Program.
JOB REQUIREMENT• Excellent in English 4 Skills & Good computer & database skills• Recruitment, Conflict resolution, Training Need Analysis- Sources, Capability Initiatives, Training Module Preparations.• Excellent communication and leadership skills• Ability to plan, multi-task and manage time effectively• Strong writing and record keeping ability for reports and training manual• Travel – 70% travel in a month
