• Checking employee's daily and monthly attendance, overtime and leave.• Manage the full spectrum of HR functions including recruitment, benefits and compensation, employee relationships and compliance with all applicable laws for Myanmar.• Review and restore necessary changes on company HR policies to align with business strategies.• Providing HR advice and support to line managers and employees, explain procedures and policies in a timely effective manner.• Establishing, organizing and supervising the HR Department records, ensuring complete accuracy and confidentially• Responsible for other duties are assigned by Management
• Any Degree with Diploma in Business Administration or Human Resources• Must have at least 3 years' experience in related field• Good in English and Myanmar both writing and oral • Must be computer literate and familiar with email, internet, Microsoft Office• Good inter-personal skills and able to communicate well with all levels of staff.
