- Manage the vacancies announcement and interview schedule.- Conduct greeting arrangement of new employees with management.- Partner with department heads and managers to determine best practice employee development solutions and suitable career paths for talented employees.- Provide support to the compension and benefit team.- Monitor and evaluate employee turnover and develop action plans to improve employee relations.- Plan Budget for HR and Training activities- Plan appropriate Training Programs in corporation with Operation Team
- Bachelor Degree (with certificate or Diploma HRM preferred- Proven work experience as an HR operations Manager,HR Manager or similar role.- Minimum (3) years relevant HR experiences.- Good knowledge of labour law.- Hands on experience with HR information system.- Ability to develop, clear and fair company policies.- Excellent analytical and decision making,abilities.- Team management skill.- Good communication skill, Interpersonal skill,problem solving,time management.- Strong MS office,word,excel,power point.
