• Handle day-to-day operations of the HR functions and duties• Provide clerical and administrative support • Compile and update employee records• Process documentation and prepare letters/reports relating to employee matters.• Handle end-to-end recruitment (incl. drafting of JD, source for candidates through different channels, arrange interviews, provide recruitment updates and reports)• Provide HR advices and support on operational issues such as employee disciplinary issues, grievances and complaints.• Maintain accurate HR records and update HR database (leave administration, attendance, etc.)• Process payroll timely with accuracy and to compute the tax and SSB for submission to the authorities• Submit relevant documents to the Labour department for endorsement.• Liaise with the authorities when necessary • Update HR policy and review the HR processes• Conduct HR orientation to new hires and take care of all on boarding arrangements• Handle staff exit and clearance matters• Manage training and performance appraisal• Handle all HR projects and perform any ad-hoc duties as assigned from time to time.
• 5 years of relevant HR experience with good payroll knowledge• Ability to provide HR advices to the business in a commercially sensitive and appropriate way• Good knowledge of Labour Law and HR practices and regulations• Proficient in Microsoft Office• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills• Good analytical, organizational and problem-solving skills• Meticulous, committed and takes initiatives• Resourceful, good team player and able to multi-task• Ability to work independently in a fast pace environment
