Job Purpose:Assist the HR Manager and HR Director to provide an effective HR service for all practice areas and support groups.Responsibilities:• Support all internal and external HR related inquiries or requests.• Maintain digital and electronic records of employees.• Maintain and update the attendance records and Overtime calculation of employees with deadline.• Assist with the recruitment process by identifying candidates, performing reference checks and issuing employment contracts.• Schedule meetings, interviews, HR events and maintain agendas.• Collect employee performance score from line managers and consolidated the final data to project leaders and HR director.• Perform orientations and update records of new staff.• Produce and submit reports on general HR activity.
• Holds a bachelor degree in Administration or any other relevant degrees or diploma• Minimum 1 years of experience as an HR Assistant.• Exposure to Labor Law and having general knowledge of Myanmar Labor Law.• Highly computer literate with capability in email, MS Office and related business and communication tools.• Works well under pressure and meets tight deadlines and attention to detail.• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Myanmar.
