Submit employee data & attendance reports by preparing and analyzing data. Assist to establish and determine recruiting requirements and arrange management interviews by coordinating schedules. Accomplishes human resources and organization mission by completing related results as needed. Any other task assigns by the Manager and supervisor. Understands HR processes in Recruitment, Training & Development. Coordinate communication with candidates and schedule interviews.
Minimum of a Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Human Resources. Good Computer skills (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Internet and Email). Detailed knowledge and understanding of business practices relating to human resources. Good communication, patient and willingness to learn. Good communication skills in English.
