- Assist in the planning and execution of all employee engagement and welfare activities.- Maintain the HRIS and employee files by updating and entering accurate and timely employee records, information and data including leave, medical and attendance records.- Prepare, complete and distribute HR documents/letters/certificates as requested.- Perform file audits to ensure all required employee documentation is collected and maintained.- Assist in the processing of monthly payroll including overtime, leave, sickness absence, loan, insurance, income tax, SSB and other such adjustments.- Process and maintain records for all payroll related changes in an accurate, timely and efficient manner. Prepare relevant letters and notifications for employees accordingly.- Collate monthly time-sheet and attendance records and process in line with organisation requirements- Maintain and update the HRIS with timely and accurate payroll data and relevant changes. Maintain the filing system for payroll and related records- Support with the timely distribution of payslips to all staff.- Perform any other tasks assigned by management.
Education / Qualifications- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, relevant HR work experience. Knowledge - Basic knowledge and understanding of best practice HR processes and operations in a Generalist HR function. Experience - Prefer HR experience in Payroll and Employee Relations function within a large organisation. Skills and personal qualities- Effective written and verbal communication skills in Myanmar (advanced level) and English (intermediate level). - Integrity and the ability to handle confidential and sensitive information.- Intermediate level MS Office skills.- Ability to deal with a wide range of people and establish effective working relationships with staff and managers.
