Responsibilities• Responsible for the overall management of all strategic and operational Marketing, Customer Relationship activities and Day to Day Operations. • Take ownership of the management of the sales and marketing functions of the business. • Drive increased revenue and profit to achieve the Company`s ambitious growth. • Working to stringent targets, the job holder will be required to adopt a professional and knowledgeable approach to each new business call. • Planning and coordinating the implementation of business plans and the penetration of new markets.• Setting targets for new business development for the business development managers and executives. • Interviewing and hiring new members of the business development team. • Implementing new business initiatives across the new business and sales teams. Implementing sales incentives to drive sales performance within the team. • Acting as a key contact for large customer accounts. Forming strategic partnerships with other companies to leverage their existing networks.• Monitoring customer satisfaction with existing clients to ensure service delivery.• Manage contracts and relations with customers, vendors, partners and other stakeholders Provide market feedback to the company leadership regarding competitive offerings, prospect needs and generate product development ideas.
Requirements • Proven experience as Management Member of Operations, Operations Director or similar leadership role• Familiarity with all business functions including HR, finance, supply chain and IT Proficient ability to manage complex budgets.• Proficient ethical leadership abilities. • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. • Experience with implementing IT systems Outstanding communication and negotiation skills. Excellent organizational and leadership ability Analytical mind and Problem-solving aptitude BSc/BA in Business, MBA or other relevant field is preferred
