You will ideally have experience dealing with Facebook, Google and similar online channels for customer acquisition.• You have exposure & experience in leading MAU for use cases on a daily basis.• You run experiments in an agile way & don’t shy from failures & commercialize success immediately.• You have expertise in managing senior stakeholders, including board level where required. • You have a good understanding of how to use data analytics to driver customer acquisition and growth. • You have exposure to an agile way of working.Expected Activities :• Reach daily targets as set with management.• Run MAU initiatives as per set targets. • Developing and managing digital marketing campaigns for increasing acquisition & MAU. • Devising offerings to drive customer loyalty. • Running experiments of new use cases in an agile way to test customer adoption. • Work with Finance & CMO to set daily and monthly targets as per plan with clear actions for achievement.• Plan digital marketing activities to boost online acquisition & MAU.• Commercialize new products and use case for digital business along with product & technology in agile way of work.Who You Are:• You don't believe in limitations and are a creative and animated thinker. You have all of these traits and are excited about a new challenge - you have the energy and desire to break the rules and create new ideas for a constantly moving consumer market.- A proven background in online sales is essential and an understanding of the online retail landscape (eBay, Kogan, Catch etc.) is a non-negotiable.- Make no mistake that whilst this is an online eCommerce style role, this is a sales position and you will be hungry to drive revenue.- Analytical & detail oriented approach - Applicant should be ready for expansion passion and urge better efficiencies, automation and processes that are better suited for the next phase of growth.
