In this strategic role, working with one of the famous conglomerate companies in Myanmar, will be responsible for providing an effective and efficient human resource generalist function that is aligned with the company’s strategic goals. Expected to successfully implement HR strategy and deliver, in conjunction with Assistant HR managers located in the offices throughout the region, an effective HR service within the organization. The responsibilities will include strategic organizational design in conjunction with Top Management, recruitment and selection, salary and benefits management, employee relations, talent management and retention, performance management, change management, skills and professional development, as well as the design and implementation of human resources policies and procedures.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES- Drive key HR processes through respective Assistant HR Managers and coordinate with respective department heads such as manpower planning, talent resourcing, recruitment and selection, on-boarding of new employees, performance management, skill development planning, talent review and succession planning.- Provide support to employees in various HR-related topics such as leaves and compensation and resolve any issue that may arise.- Oversees the performance management process and reviews and advises management regarding the corrective actions to improve performance and recognition to motivate exceptional performers.- Represents organization at personnel-related hearings and investigations.- Ensure HR policies are communicated to and enforced by line managers.- Make sure corporate rules and regulations are properly followed. And develop, update and implement all policies and procedures.- Ensure compliance with labour regulations.- Set salary scales and allowances to ensure parity across the organization. Drive HR-related cost savings and manage HR budgets as set by executive management and working in conjunction with the Head of Finance.

Fluency in English language and exceptional writing skills.- Special Requirements: From time to time you will be required to work outside of normal working hours and visit project delivery locations throughout the Myanmar region.
