• Receive briefs from the Marketing teams, and will question any areas of uncertainty. • Work with the in-house agency team to develop a creative, digital solution to the brief.• Develop digital creative; animations, GIFs, digital UX, UI, web design (skinning, graphics)• Attend brainstorm sessions to give creative inputs to inspire the wider team.• Keep an eye out for interesting campaigns, design trends and marketing ideas both locally and internationally and share with the team to keep everyone up to date.
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience as a digital graphic designer in an agency; working with brands who want to expand their presence online• Knowledge of digital design softwares essential – should know how to make simple animations, and other rich media graphics (mobile page takeovers, overlays etc)• Experience working as part of a team, and delivering high quality work under strict time pressure.• Some experience in production for different digital platforms; eg. Viber, Facebook, google display network • Knowledge of digital video production beneficial• Basic understanding of English will be beneficial, but fluency not essential. Most interaction will be with the rest of the in-house agency team and people who speak Myanmar.
