Roles • Financial Manager role that offers heavy involvement with corporate development• Professional environment • Ability to help refine policies and procedures and grow with the company• Competitive compensation package with full benefits.• Producing long-term business plansResponsibilities of the job include:• Collecting, preparing and interpreting reports, budgets, accounts and financial statements.• Undertaking strategic analysis and assisting with strategic planning.• Undertaking research into pricing, competitors and factors affecting performance• Controlling income, cash flow and expenditure• Managing budgets• Developing and managing financial systems/models• Carrying out business modelling and risk assessments• Supervising staff• Liaising with managerial staff and other colleagues.• Overall responsibility for the accounts • Obtain and maintain a thorough understanding of AG financial reporting and general ledger structure. • Ensure an accurate and timely monthly, quarterly and year end close. • Ensure the timely reporting of all monthly financial information. • Ensure the accurate and timely processing of positive pay transactions. • Ensure the monthly and quarterly Bank Compliance activities are performed in a timely and accurate manner. • Supports budget and forecasting activities.• Actual costing for the finished products and analysis. • Internal audit coordination with the auditors.• Collaborates with the other department managers to support overall department goals and objectives. • Monitors and analyses team work to develop more efficient procedures and use of resources while maintaining a high level of accuracy. • Advises staff regarding the handling of non-routine reporting transactions. • Responds to inquiries from the MD, Dy.MD, Directors, COO, CFO, and firm wide managers regarding financial results, special reporting requirements. • Work with the other managers to ensure a clean and timely year end audit. • Assist in development and implementation of new procedures and features to enhance the workflow of the department. • Provide training to new and existing staff as needed. • Handle personnel issues relating to staff conflicts, absenteeism, performance issues, etc. • Monitor and advice on the progress to enhance the professional development of staff. • Support the Management and chief finance officer. Willing to work at Hlaing Thar Yar Industrial Zone.
• 4 to 8 years of experience in a similar position; experience with manufacturing and operation is preferred. • B.Com, ACCA. CPA preferred. • Have a flare for numbers, work well with people, aggressively anticipate impacts of workload/issues to team deadlines and have a very positive work attitude including willing to work some longer hours during peak periods. • Advanced office applications skills. • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook and PowerPoint. • Experience with SAP/ERP Financial Analyzer or equivalent, and Business Intelligence, a plus. • Strong organizational, analytical and interpersonal skills. • Strong verbal and written communication skills. • Self motivated to learn new concepts and participate in new projects.Able to working at Hlaing Tharyar Industrial Zone.
