Major Responsibilities1. Supporting internal control system and management1.1. Check and document daily financial transactions and cash book in excel appropriately.1.2. Prepare bank reconciliation statements and fund request are completed with accuracy.1.3. Check expenditure report from staff and other suppliers and maintain advance control sheet. 1.4. Support team to prepare monthly budget plan and request funds based on monthly work plan.1.5. Support the project budget including analysis, allocation , summarizing and data entry.1.6. Manage cash disbursements and cash control sheet for office safe and funds in bank account.1.7. Maintain petty cash and keep accounts of total petty cash funds with adequate safety measures.1.8. Ensure full/ appropriate control of security of cash in project by establishing internal control system.1.9. Ensure all the financial related computerized document /file are copied in backup system.2. Coordination/ Collaboration2.1. Work with Finance Department for technical supports and transparency in all transactions.2.2. Work with concerned department at HO for the payment of monthly salaries for staff in time.2.3. Work with local bank and suppliers for all financial transactions are completed accurately.2.4. Participate in weekly and monthly team meeting and provide supportive and constructive feedback and suggestions for better results in forthcoming activities.3. Reporting3.1. Prepare and submit monthly financial supports and transparency in all transactions.3.2. Prepare and submit any monthly /quarterly special financial reports as requested by specific donor.3.3. Prepare and submit any other report requested by immediate supervisor or functional department.4. Administration4.1. Maintain and update staff’s leave, daily attendance and benefit records on regular basis.4.2. Assist to Project Procurement Committee to maintain efficiency and effectiveness in procurement.4.3. Receive goods /materials at office as in charge of checking delivery note/waybill to be corresponded.4.4. Check all the contracts, attachments and supporting document precisely including wording.4.5. Update and regular check existing and newly arrived equipment inventory and stock balance.4.6. File all the office related incoming and outgoing mails, contracts and documents appropriately.4.7. File and maintain all the official documents/guidelines issued by management appropriately.4.8. Support Project Coordinator for other general administrative functions including logistic matters.
Requirement- Graduated with at least bachelor’s degree or its equivalent qualification in finance or related subject .- At least one year working experience in the field of finance in public institutions/INGO is preferred.- Must have strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial systems and internal control.- Excellence in computer , MS Word, MS Excel, MS Power Point and emailing is essential.- Strong analytical , written and oral communication skills both in Myanmar and English.- Able to work admin and office related job as well as willing to visit field when necessary.- Strong interpersonal, people oriented and able to work with various kind of people including poor.- Must be able to conform organizational core value , core documents and standards.
