In this role, you will be at the heart of the organization. Working alongside Country Manager and Leadership team, you will prove invaluable in helping support them with the day-to-day running of the business with administrative and secretarial work.Role & Responsibilities• Support the Country Manager and Leadership Team in travel, visas & accommodation arrangements, both international and domestic• Support Country Manager in preparing management meeting materials, prepare presentation and providing basic analysis• Organize company-wide events and meetings as well as manage internal corporate communications.• Manage cash funds & credit card payments during travel, keep accurate and complete records of all payments• Manage and priorities Country Manager’s tasks and work commitments• Liaise with staff, clients and prospects regarding meetings and follow-up actions required of Country Manager
- Bachelor's degree in any fields.- Experience as Executive Secretary / Personal Assistant is preferable.- Excellent English and Burmese communication skill, both written and spoken.- Proficient in PowerPoint, Outlook, Word, Excel, and Internet or other equivalent programs.- Excellent interpersonal skills, good attitude with the ability to stay positive in any circumstances, highly adaptive to diverse people/ demands/ situations.- Fast learner and always willing to learn new things, highly organized with great planning skills, attention to details and not compromising when it comes to work quality.- Ability to work collaboratively across functions, but also to work independently.- Good service mind and has ownership in his/her work
