Key Responsibilities of the role:• Manage the Estate and oversee the operations and building functions in a safe, efficient and sustainable manner to ensure high standards for residents, owners, tenants and visitors• Responsible for maintaining the property and premises to increase the Estate value• Work collaboratively with Project Management teams on buildings and renovations• Establish, review, revise Standard Operating Procedures for efficient and effective running of the Estate to achieve its objectives • Work with the senior leadership of the business to keep them up to date on developments or potential issues • Carry out Estate and Financial planning for projects and control according to the budget• Manage Health, Safety and Environmental procedures and systems• Establish and maintain positive and productive long-term relationships with owners, residents and tenants • Build strong relationships with neighboring villages, Government Authorities and other sister companies residing in the Estate • Establish the fundamental principles and coach/mentor direct report managers and staff to be role models; • Support the General Manager and key employees as needed on Estate related matters• lead all aspects of estate management services and develop the team to enable them to confidently and confidentially deal with all aspects of their roles• Immediately report problems/failures that may impact on the estate and/or its visitors, clients/customers to General Manager• Subject to agreed criteria, recruitment, train, set action and targets, appraise and manage performance, development, coaching and general support of all team members to ensure targets are met
Competencies Requirement:• Any graduate with obtaining MBA preferable.• Must have 5 years of relevant experience in estate management.• Proven ability to manage different departments and oversee dynamic and large properties• Ability and willingness to share knowledge.• Strong financial acumen and commercial awareness.• Excellent interpersonal, organizational and communication skill.• Project management skills.
