Vanguard offer professional consulting services for business process improvement and automation. Candidate for this role will be responsible for, Interview client and collect business process requirement and map the requirement with business solution and system.• Lead the planning and implementation of Vanguard client projects• Conduct Customer Workshops, gather Business Requirements, Solution Design using best practice and industry standards• Track project deliverables and communicate with client sponsors to deliver on-time and within scope and budget• Provide direction and support to project team• Keep all stakeholders updated on progress of project• Analyse business/technical requirements and objectives, perform fit/gap analysis, and provide client recommendations• Implement and manage project changes and interventions to achieve defined project outputs• Provide project management expertise throughout entire project• Manage creation of business blueprints, functional specifications and training materials• Progress reporting• Bug fixing and go-live support
Knowledge and Qualifications• Experience of business and financial analysis.• Business and IT related Bachelor/Master Degree. • 3+ year proven working experience in Supply Chain and Manufacturing field• Experience with tier 1 and tier 2 ERP. For example SAP, Oracle Mr. Accounting, • Experience in project management.Essential Skills and requirements• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills• Proficiency in MS office ( MS Excel, MS Words, MS Powerpoint)• Self-initiative and independent quick learning• Good work ethics and high moral standard• Ability to work with multiple project stakeholders and perform in team• Proficiency in English.
