Position Purpose / Context To support the KORE and legal compliance of environmental issues and system implementation as per KO compliance audit, ISO 14001:2015Key Duties / Responsibilities • Implement, monitor, maintain and improve environmental performance and corporate compliances. ( ISO 14001 and KORE Requirements)• To assist in ensuring Environmental Compliance stipulated in The Environmental Conservation Law The Pyidaungsu Hluttaw Law No. 9 / 2012, other requirements of legal laws related Environmental Management and KORE requirements.• To conduct routine toolbox meeting for Supply chain employee including contractors.To conduct daily plant walkabout environmental issues• To establish schedule and conduct training (Based on KORE requirements and local government requirements)• Plan, manage and track Environmental related tests and monitoring to ensure continued compliance with the relevant requirements• To investigate any environmental issues which has happened in the place of work and communities of CCPBM• To assist in updating HIRA on annual basis and when requires.• To assist in implementing effective contractor management system by understanding all aspects of CCPBM safety, food safety, and GMP requirements.• To be Internal Auditor for Quality, Safety and Environmental management system.• To assist Quality and Safety in managing all Environmental related matters in CCPBM.• Monitor to ensure all equipment permits are renewed timely and compliance with legal requirements.• Coordinate with system coordinator to revise and develop SOP and work instructions to ensure a safe workplace if required• To assist Food safety organization, safety and health committee in any inspection of the place of work for the purposes of checking the effectiveness and efficacy of any measures taken in KORE compliance, the Act or any regulations made under the Act of Environmental conversational Law.. Other Duties:1. Exercise responsible and professional behavior at all times and positively representing the Company.2. Ensure high standards of professional presentation and grooming.3. Be flexible in your job function and perform any other reasonable duties and responsibilities which may be assigned to you, including redeployment to other department/areas if required, in order to meet business demands and guest service needs.
