Job Descriptions• Collect Project Information, Working Progress from all project and submit report to Top Management.• Review and Check quotation, Contractor Bill, Invoice and submit to Senior Document Control (or) Document Control & Resources Manager.• Collect and keep systematically for Project Photos, Inspection Record, Completion Report, Progress Claim, Method Statement, Drawing, Project Reference, Profile and other project data.• Collect the require quantity for Materials and other resources from all project and submit to Senior Document Control (or) Document Control & Resources Manager.• Request quotation to subcontractor according to project request and prepare quotation summary and submit to Senior Document Control Engineer (or) Resources Manager.• Check and review construction drawing, prepare shop drawing and other technical documents as project need.• Check and Review Tender Document with Tender Department for necessary action and request Final Acceptance Certificate to client.• Submit project Information and Progress report to Document Control & Resources Manager by Weekly.
Job Requirements• B.E (Civil) • At least (2) years experience in relative field.• Must be able to use computer software, such as AutoCAD, Microsoft Word, Excel, Powerpoint.• Complies with local legal requirements.• Ability to work to deadlines and within schedule.• Problem-solving and team working skills.
