• Managing traffic and arrange the delivery way for effectiveness• Plan operations process,• Manage day-to-day way plan and assigned person• Make sure smooth process through all operations in Yangon• Monitor receiving, allocating, storing, picking, and packing process• Direct and coordinate activities of business• Prepare staff work schedules and assign specific duties• Supervise the daily activity of administrative, customer services • Ensure to pass the customer complaints, the information, feedback to Customer Service• Review record and report concern daily activity• Discuss job performance problems with employee to identify causes
• Any Graduate •At least 3years experience in related field • Can work with team and under pressure • Understanding about Delivery Service process and way arrangement• Conceptual thinking and data analysis• Can maintenance and management for vehicle• Good Communication and Negotiation skill, Adaptability skill• Can use Office Word, Excel, PPT
