The Digital Product Manager will be responsible for full lifecycle of our digital product, including mobile apps for financial services. You will draw on a wide range of skills, including UI/UX design, human centred design, lead the vision and strategy for your portfolio of products, conduct product review and focus group meetings to capture user feedback, define metrics and user cases to determine the success criteria of new products and champion the interest of our products in discussions with business and technical teams.Work will include:• Analyse products of our company and those of our competition• Design and document the requirements for enhancements and new products• Discuss and negotiate requirements from other teams in the company, including marketing, sales, operations and technology• Prepare user flows and define process for our mobile apps and other digital products• Conduct reviews of releases and review criteria for success• Plan for the retirement of existing products and document plans• Actively conduct UI/UX design workshops and developer discussions• Perform user acceptance testing on products in your portfolio• Prepare and publish regular status updates and planning review meetings for your products
Candidates must have at least 2 years experience of Digital Product Management in a Commercial Environment Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities• An excellent understanding of UX principles for modern, multi-lingual financial service mobile apps• Publication of wireframes and mock-up screen flows and collaboration in the review and finalisation of UX using tools like Invision• A proven track record in product management, especially in Digital Products including Mobile Apps for Financial Services• Stakeholder Management Experience• Excellent communication skills, with a Professional and Customer Service Based Attitude• Good English LanguageDesirable Skills• Previous exposure to financial services applications• Human-Centred Design in Mobile Apps• Problem Solving and Negotiation Skills, as well as Planning and Status Meetings• Very good presentation and documentation skills in Microsoft Word and Powerpoint• Experience in using Product Management and Delivery tools such as Microsoft Project, JIRA, or similar• Good spoken and written Myanmar and English Language would be highly advantageousEducational/Experience Requirements• Product and Project Management training, such as Scrum, Agile, PMP and Prince2• Relevant degree qualification• 2+ years relevant work / job experience in a similar role• At least 5 years proven commercial work experience
