1. Ensure understanding of customer service reporting and analysis policy and procedures, in order to understand tasks needed to be carried out 2. Able to do Planning in relation with all Digital Channels including Websites 3. Develop and update the technical process and procedures to measure the digital channels' performance 4. Produce report and analysis of all digital marketing channels and develop new strategies related with new findings5. Work with other functional managers for effective communication 6. Support customer care teams to increase operational efficiency 7. Deliver training when necessary regarding with digital marketing activities and campaigns8. Adapt changes of trend and generate new digital strategies
1. Masters in Business Management related degree or a Bachelor Degree in business management with related diploma2. At Least 3-5 years experience in doing Digital Marketing 3. Strong knowledge in digital marketing channels 4. Able to work with team5. Able to work as a team player6. Able to accept challenges and required very good interpersonal skills
