Responsibility* Social Media Accounts Management* Develops and execute engaging, creative, innovative content [both Myanmar & English] for regularly scheduled posts, which enlighten audiences and promote brand-focused messages* Social Media Content Calendar Plan, Schedule & Update.* Coordinates social media messaging with organizational objectives.* Give proper guidance or direction to design creative team.* Audits and analyses social media presences, including digital advertising costs and returns* Develop and implement for social media campaigns and analyses social media campaigns with tracking systems to gather data and determine areas for social media campaign improvement* Works with other departments to develop social media timelines coinciding with new product releases, ad campaigns, or other brand messages* Monitors and develops reports on competitor activity of social media with effective social listening* Utilize ads manager effectively and efficiently with strategic targeting options and optimization for cost effectiveness.* Catch up online marketing trends and insights.
Job Requirements* At least 6 years overall working experiences* Experience of working in Digital Media Management and advertisement/PR agency* Prefer experience in Telecom Industry* Relationship with media * Knowledge/experience for digital media * Marketing knowledge and experience in consumer industry * Fluent in English
